Crater Spaces was founded by Carter Ledwith and Sophia Howe—Airbnb hosts, short-term rental investors, and hospitality enthusiasts—with one mission: to elevate vacation rentals into high-performing, boutique stays. After staying in underwhelming Airbnbs and hearing similar stories from guests and owners, Carter and Sophia saw a need for a more hands-on, locally rooted management solution.

 

Crater Spaces started with a single home in Spokane, WA. From there, we have expanded across the PNW. We currently serve Seattle, Cle Elum, Leavenworth, Spokane/CDA, and the broader Pacific Northwest with a personalized, boutique approach to Airbnb property management.
